Marco Vadagnini is a Director at EUK Consulting, where he has worked since 2012 advising multinational clients in the FMCG sector on regulatory policy, legislation and political risk. He leads on corporate ESG, with responsibility for sustainability strategy and reporting. His work focuses on highly regulated sectors, including tobacco and nicotine, with particular expertise in evolving regulatory frameworks and sustainability requirements.

Earlier in his career, he worked with the Italian Government as a legal and political adviser and with international organisations in Brussels.

He holds an MSc in international relations from the University of Bologna and an MSc in international political economy from the London School of Economics. He speaks Italian and English.
